David Crane’s wildlife conservation art brings together paintings inspired by fascinating animals and natural environments. With more than four decades of experience, David has travelled, observed and painted wildlife, developing a deep understanding of the character, movement and beauty of animals in their natural surroundings.

The Conservation Collection features original wildlife paintings of elephants, rhinos, lions, giraffes, gorillas, owls and zebras, alongside landscapes inspired by the environments where wildlife lives. Each painting is created through careful observation, photography and traditional oil painting techniques, allowing David to capture natural light, colour, texture and atmosphere.

Through his wildlife conservation art, David celebrates the diversity and beauty of the natural world. His paintings aim to capture not only the appearance of each animal, but also its character and presence, creating artwork that encourages viewers to appreciate and connect with wildlife and its natural environment.
